Shipping and delivery
Where do you ship from?
Everything is packed and sent from Petah Tikva, Israel.
How much is shipping?
Inside Israel it is a flat 40 shekels, and local pickup is available at no cost. Orders going elsewhere are charged a single flat rate at checkout.
Do you ship outside Israel?
Yes. Pick your country at checkout and the rate appears before you pay.
How long will it take?
Orders are filled in small batches and go out from Petah Tikva. Write to us for a current estimate to your country and we will answer within two business days.
Returns
Can I return something?
Israeli law gives you fourteen days from receiving an order to cancel a distance purchase. Inside that window, send back any unopened bottle and we refund it.
What if I opened it?
An opened oil cannot be resold, so it cannot be returned. A bottle that arrives leaking, broken or wrong is ours: send a photo and we replace it or refund it and cover shipping both ways.
Who pays return shipping?
On a change of mind, you do. On anything damaged, wrong or missing, we do.
The oils
What size are the bottles?
100 ml, in amber glass with a dropper.
What is actually in them?
Carrier oils and aromatics, and each one is labeled with its source: a verse, a tractate, a tradition, or a name.
Are these medicine?
No. They are aromatic and devotional oils for scent and light, and we make no medical claims. Anything you put on skin, test a small patch first.
Can I cook with them?
No. These are not food products.
Why is one of them called 26?
Twenty-six is the gematria of the Name, yud-hey-vav-hey, 10 plus 5 plus 6 plus 5. The oil carries the same count.
What is a kamaya?
An amulet, made once and for one person. The one in the gift set is built with your input and exists in a single copy.
The book
Is the book really free?
Yes. Kol Tehom, Volume One, free to read in English and in Hebrew, with nothing to buy first.
When does Volume Two come out?
When it is finished. Leave an address on the book page and it reaches you before anywhere else.
