Hakol · הַכֹּל and הַקּוֹל
הַכֹּל · הַקּוֹל
Everything, and the voice. Two different words, two different spellings, and one sound.
They are homophones rather than the same letters. הַכֹּל is he, kaf, lamed. הַקּוֹל is he, kuf, vav, lamed. The ear cannot tell them apart and the page can.

The reading
A world spoken into being is a world whose every item is a sound that has not finished. If everything was made by the voice, then everything is the voice, and the two words collapsing into one in the mouth is the language reporting that rather than punning about it.
A blessing said over a thing is the hearer answering back. That is the whole mechanism, and it is why saying one over something small is not a small act.
Worn as the bracelet, the point is only that you stop treating any of it as background.
